Scott Nordsjø Dessinghon has experience from both the public sector and the financial industry, with particular expertise in political and regulatory processes, public affairs and strategic analysis. He advises clients on how political decisions, regulatory developments and broader societal trends impact business environments, operating conditions and strategic priorities.

Scott joined Mørland & Johnsen from SpareBank 1 SamSpar, where he worked with public affairs, regulatory developments and sustainability. Prior to this, he worked at the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ), focusing on public sector governance and performance management. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen.
