Crisis communications and media management

In a crisis, correct, relevant, and precise communication with key stakeholders and the public, often through the media, is crucial.

We have extensive experience helping organizations through and out of crises. We offer sparring and advisory services, and in certain cases, we can also enter the organization to contribute operationally when the situation is at its worst.

Most crises are handled better if one is well-prepared, and we assist in building and developing effective crisis management routines.

This includes establishing clear and defined responsibilities, processes for alerting, contact with relevant internal and external stakeholders, and developing holding statements for various scenarios.

We also offer crisis exercises and media training to practice routines and procedures, ensuring one is well-prepared when it matters.
