Helena Østrem Øgård has broad experience in advising both Norwegian and international clients, with a particular focus on government relations, PR and strategic communication. She is analytical, solution-oriented and committed to creating value for each client.

She holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication and Management from Copenhagen Business School, a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Management, and has also studied at the University of California, Berkeley. Previously, Helena worked as a communications advisor and headed Strategic Communication at Leidar. She has also completed an internship at the Norwegian Embassy in Copenhagen.
